1¾ cup (8 ounces) all-purpose flour
6 large egg yolks
1 large egg
1½ teaspoons olive oil
1 Tablespoon milk
- Put all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until the dough comes together likes wet sand. Then form it into a ball. Covered with plastic wrap. Let it rest on the counter about 30 minutes or 1 hour or chilled in the fridge overnight. Then bring it to room temperature before next step.
